Tiffany Figuero

CEO

Tiffany Figuero, the CEO of Resilient Health Care Services, an advanced nursing corp, has been at the helm of the company since its inception in 2022. With a diverse educational background spanning from paramedicine in 2011 to achieving Nurse Practitioner status in 2017, Tiffany brings a wealth of expertise to her role. Specializing in both family and psychiatric care, she is particularly focused on Aesthetics, Wellness, and Mental Health.

Driven by a passion for helping individuals improve both physically and emotionally, Tiffany finds fulfillment in her profession’s ability to uplift others from the inside out. She believes in the transformative power of enhancing beauty and addressing mental health challenges to foster confidence and self-esteem.

For Tiffany, the moment she realized she was in the right profession came when she witnessed the positive impact of her sessions on individuals, seeing them transition from their lowest points to newfound confidence and positivity.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Tiffany treasures her role as a wife and mother, having been married for 16 years and enjoying the company of her two daughters, aged 17 and 8. With a longstanding friendship with Manuela dating back to their high school years, Tiffany and her business partner and best friend combine their unique talents to create a med spa that offers a holistic approach to healthcare, rooted in their shared passion for helping others.

Manuela Warren

Co-Founder, CFO

Manuela Warren, co-founder of Resilient Health Care Services, operates as the CFO and office manager within the company. With a background in business management honed during a decade-long tenure as a Starbucks store manager in Pittsburg, Manuela transitioned to the healthcare sector after obtaining her phlebotomy license from Contra Costa Medical College.

Originally from Daly City, where she attended Terra Nova High School alongside her business partner and best friend Tiffany, Manuela’s journey led her to Antioch while Tiffany ventured to New Orleans. Despite geographical distance, their shared passion for empathetic care and helping others flourish brought them back together to establish Resilient Health Care Services.

For Manuela, the allure of the healthcare industry lies in the ability to make a positive impact on people’s lives, whether through mental health support or aesthetic enhancements. She finds fulfillment in witnessing individuals progress and thrive, a sentiment reinforced by her love for her work and the joy of collaborating with Tiffany.

Outside of the office, Manuela cherishes time with her family, consisting of her spouse and four children, often exploring the outdoors through hiking and staying active. She values quality time with loved ones, indulges in watching compelling TV series, and relishes the simple pleasure of a good cup of coffee.
