Male Hormone Therapy

Restore Vitality — Medical-Grade Hormone Replacement for Men

What Is Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT)?

Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT) is a medically supervised treatment designed for men whose bodies no longer produce adequate testosterone. Using clinically tested, physician-approved formulations, TRT restores testosterone to healthy, physiologic levels through injections or topical preparations such as creams or gels. Treatment is individualized based on laboratory testing, symptoms, and personal health history.

Who May Benefit from TRT?

Men with clinically confirmed low testosterone may experience symptoms that impact physical health, cognitive function, and overall quality of life. These may include:

  • Persistent fatigue or low energy
  • Decreased libido or sexual performance concerns
  • Difficulty building or maintaining muscle mass
  • Mood changes, irritability, or reduced motivation
  • Reduced bone density or strength

A comprehensive medical evaluation is required to determine whether TRT is appropriate.

Potential Benefits of TRT

When appropriately prescribed and closely monitored, TRT may support:

  • Enhanced energy and vitality — improved stamina for work, exercise, and daily activities
  • Improved muscle mass, strength, and body composition — supporting fitness goals and counteracting age-related muscle loss
  • Increased libido and sexual performance — often accompanied by improved confidence
  • Bone health support — helping maintain bone density and reduce fracture risk
  • Improved mood, mental clarity, and motivation — contributing to emotional stability and overall well-being
  • Metabolic and cardiovascular support — potential benefits when therapy is carefully monitored and individualized

Results vary by individual, and benefits depend on appropriate dosing, adherence, and ongoing medical oversight.

Labs & Ongoing Monitoring

Laboratory testing is a required component of TRT to ensure safety and effectiveness. Labs are used to evaluate and monitor testosterone levels, blood counts, prostate markers, and other relevant health indicators before starting therapy and at regular intervals throughout treatment.

We can order labs through your insurance (excluding Kaiser plans), subject to your individual coverage and benefits.

Alternatively, labs may be drawn in-office for an additional out-of-pocket cost for those who prefer convenience or do not wish to use insurance.

Why Medically Supervised Therapy Matters

TRT is a powerful medical treatment and is not a one-size-fits-all solution. Safe and effective therapy requires:

  • Individualized dosing based on lab results and symptoms
  • Regular blood monitoring to track response and reduce risk
  • Ongoing clinical oversight to adjust treatment as needed
  • This approach helps maximize benefits while prioritizing patient safety.

Transparency & Responsibility

TRT may carry potential risks and side effects, including changes in skin condition, fluid retention, increased red blood cell counts, fertility impact, and other health considerations. TRT may not be appropriate for individuals with certain medical conditions.

For this reason, we require:

  • A thorough initial evaluation, including hormone testing and medical history
  • Ongoing laboratory monitoring and follow-up visits
  • Open communication with our clinical team

Our goal is to deliver evidence-based, responsible hormone therapy with a strong emphasis on safety, transparency, and long-term health.
